Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product delivery for global fees solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance to optimize processes and reduce delivery timelines
• Analyze and enhance fees product portfolios, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency in pricing and billing mechanisms
• Drive implementation of new features and updates, managing risks and ensuring seamless integration across global markets
• Monitor product performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and revenue streams
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including regular reporting to senior leadership on project status and outcomes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies in all product delivery activities
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices in product delivery within the financial services domain
• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with fees product changes, leveraging data-driven decision making
• Support global rollout initiatives, adapting solutions to regional variations in market and regulatory environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of global fees structures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and clients
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling relevant to fees and pricing products

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase, focusing on investment banking or asset management
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (Scrum Master)
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML for process optimization in fees management
• International exposure, particularly in APAC or EMEA regions, with multilingual capabilities
