Key Responsibilities

• Lead business change management initiatives to support the Finance & Business Management division's strategic objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in global finance operations
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business support functions
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
• Develop and execute training programs for team members on new financial systems and procedures
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business decisions at JPMorgan Chase
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies for business support activities
• Facilitate integration of technology solutions to enhance efficiency in finance workflows
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the division
• Contribute to the development of policies that ensure compliance with JPMorgan's global standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business support management or finance operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing business change initiatives in a global banking environment
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards applicable to JPMorgan Chase
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
