As an Analyst/Associate in Global Investment Banking - DCM, you will join a dynamic team focused on originating, structuring, and executing debt financing transactions, contributing to the firm's mission of enabling client success in a complex global economy. In this role, you will support the end-to-end process of DCM deals, from initial client advisory to syndication and closing. Responsibilities include building sophisticated financial models to assess borrowing costs and structures, preparing compelling marketing materials for investor outreach, and analyzing market conditions to recommend optimal timing and terms for issuances.
