Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for infrastructure projects, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling
• Support the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and advisory memos for infrastructure finance deals
• Assist in due diligence processes for potential investments, including market research on regional infrastructure trends in Asia-Pacific
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop financing strategies for clients in sectors like renewable energy, transportation, and social infrastructure
• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes impacting infrastructure financing in Hong Kong and Greater China
• Contribute to deal execution, including structuring debt and equity solutions for infrastructure advisory mandates
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, government entities, and internal teams across JP Morgan's global network
• Prepare reports on market intelligence, competitive landscapes, and risk assessments for infrastructure portfolios
• Participate in client meetings and roadshows to present advisory recommendations
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's internal policies and regulatory requirements in all advisory activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure finance, or advisory roles
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and project finance structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases such as Bloomberg or Capital IQ
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous for Hong Kong-based operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong, including relevant visa status if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or full-time experience in infrastructure advisory at a bulge-bracket bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of Asian infrastructure markets, including energy, transportation, and utilities sectors
• CFA Level 1 or equivalent certification in progress
• Experience with debt financing, PPP (Public-Private Partnerships), or ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) considerations in infrastructure projects
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or specialized training in infrastructure finance
