Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily maintenance and monitoring of cash products, ensuring accurate liquidity positions for global clients
  • Execute collateral management processes, including valuation, posting, and reconciliation of margin calls
  • Monitor account services operations to identify and resolve discrepancies in real-time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support liquidity forecasting and risk mitigation strategies
  • Process and validate transactional data in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Generate reports on liquidity metrics and account performance for senior management review
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in the GLASS team
  • Handle escalations related to account discrepancies or liquidity shortfalls, ensuring timely resolution
  • Contribute to audit preparations and ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's control frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services operations, preferably in liquidity management or account services
  • Strong understanding of cash products, collateral management, and margin requirements in the financial industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactional data accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment with flexible hours to support international operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar banking platforms like Flexcube or Calypso
