Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams in pitching and executing transactions in global markets products to institutional clients
  • Assist in trading operations, including monitoring market movements and executing trades in equities, fixed income, or derivatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights on economic trends and investment opportunities
  • Collaborate with research analysts to develop reports and recommendations for clients in the EMEA region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, responding to inquiries and providing tailored market updates
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss market strategies and risk management approaches
  • Contribute to compliance and risk assessment processes for trading activities in Frankfurt
  • Leverage the ReEntry program to reintegrate into the corporate environment, with mentorship from senior colleagues
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to product innovation or market expansion in global markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior professional experience in financial services, sales, trading, or research before the career break
  • Career break of 2 or more years due to personal reasons, such as family commitments or other pursuits
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets, including equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous for the Frankfurt location
  • Eligibility to work in Germany and obtain necessary regulatory approvals for financial services roles
  • Demonstrated commitment to returning to a full-time career in corporate finance
