Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams in client interactions, including pitching market insights and trading strategies to institutional clients
• Assist in executing trades across fixed income, equities, and derivatives products in the Global Markets division
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide actionable recommendations for trading and sales activities
• Collaborate with research analysts to develop reports on macroeconomic trends and sector-specific opportunities
• Monitor market developments and regulatory changes impacting European financial markets
• Contribute to client relationship management by preparing tailored market updates and presentations
• Participate in team meetings to discuss trading strategies and risk management practices
• Support the integration of sustainable finance principles into sales and trading workflows
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members as part of the reentry program's mentorship structure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial services prior to career break
• Career break of 2 or more years due to personal reasons, such as family commitments or other pursuits
• Legal right to work in France and ability to obtain necessary work permits
• Strong command of English; proficiency in French is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated interest in returning to the financial markets sector

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, trading, or research within Global Markets at a top-tier financial institution
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA Level 1)
• Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment in Europe
