Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global mobility function for the Latin America region, overseeing all aspects of employee relocations, expatriate assignments, and repatriations for JP Morgan Chase's international workforce
  • Develop and implement strategic mobility policies aligned with the firm's global HR objectives and financial services compliance standards
  • Manage a team of mobility advisors, providing guidance on complex cases involving executive relocations and high-net-worth client support roles
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, legal, tax, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of mobility programs with broader talent strategies
  • Monitor and optimize mobility budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements to control costs while maintaining high employee satisfaction
  • Conduct risk assessments for international assignments, including geopolitical, health, and regulatory risks specific to Latin American markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and mobility programs across multiple countries, with a focus on Latin America
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and tax regulations for international assignments in Latin American countries
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in financial services, including data privacy and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Experience with global mobility software and HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally to support regional operations
