Reporting to the Global Head of Mobility, you will oversee a team responsible for end-to-end expatriate management, including policy design, compliance navigation, and vendor coordination tailored to the complexities of financial services. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align mobility strategies with JP Morgan's broader goals, such as expanding our presence in emerging Latin American economies while adhering to stringent regulatory frameworks like those from the SEC and local banking authorities. Key challenges include managing geopolitical risks, optimizing relocation costs amid volatile currencies, and fostering inclusive programs that support diverse talent pipelines— all while leveraging cutting-edge HR technologies to streamline processes.
