Key Responsibilities

  • Advise North America's largest corporate clients on optimizing global payment strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and present customized solution proposals, including liquidity management, FX hedging, and digital payment innovations
  • Collaborate with internal product, risk, and compliance teams to tailor advisory services aligned with JPMorgan Chase's offerings
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends in payments and treasury
  • Lead client workshops and executive briefings to drive adoption of advanced payment solutions like real-time payments and virtual accounts
  • Manage end-to-end advisory engagements, from needs assessment to implementation support and performance measurement
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives at strategic clients to uncover new business opportunities
  • Contribute to thought leadership by authoring whitepapers and speaking at industry events on global payments evolution
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on compliance strategies for payments in a dynamic financial landscape
  • Support business development efforts by identifying upsell opportunities within existing client portfolios

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payments advisory, financial services consulting, or client-facing roles within global payments
  • Proven track record of advising large corporate clients on payment strategies, treasury management, and cross-border transactions
  • Deep knowledge of global payment rails, including SWIFT, SEPA, RTP, and emerging technologies like ISO 20022 and blockchain
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments in North America, such as Dodd-Frank, PSD2 equivalents, and AML/KYC compliance
  • Experience in solutioning complex financial products for strategic clients in industries like retail, manufacturing, and technology
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry conferences

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA, FRM, or CTP certification
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket bank or Big Four consulting firm in payments or treasury services
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish or French for cross-border client engagement
