Key Responsibilities

  • Advise JP Morgan Chase's largest North American clients on optimizing their global payments strategies and infrastructure
  • Develop and deliver customized advisory solutions for payments, treasury management, and liquidity optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, risk, and compliance to ensure seamless client implementations
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for client value enhancement
  • Lead client workshops, presentations, and RFPs to secure and expand strategic relationships
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to provide proactive advisory insights
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities in JP Morgan's payments suite
  • Mentor junior advisory team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Prepare detailed reports and case studies on successful client engagements
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry conferences focused on global payments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services advisory, payments, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of advising large corporate clients on payments strategies and solutions
  • Deep knowledge of global payments ecosystems, including SWIFT, ISO 20022, and real-time payments
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments in North America, such as Dodd-Frank and PSD2 equivalents
  • Experience in solutioning complex financial products for strategic clients
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Prior experience at a Tier 1 bank like JP Morgan Chase in payments or treasury services
