Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Payments Sales Managers (PSMs) in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in global payments
  • Assist Payments Client Managers (PCMs) with client onboarding, including preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support sales strategies for corporate clients in the financial services sector
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports using tools like PowerPoint and Excel to highlight JPMorgan's payments solutions
  • Coordinate internal meetings and client calls, tracking follow-ups and action items to drive sales pipeline progression
  • Monitor client portfolios and generate performance reports on payments volume, fees, and satisfaction metrics
  • Support the development of tailored solutions for corporate clients, such as real-time payments and FX integration
