Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Payments Sales Managers (PSMs) and Payments Client Managers (PCMs) in client prospecting and deal execution
  • Conduct market research on potential clients in the global payments space to identify opportunities
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and pitch books tailored to corporate clients' needs
  • Track sales pipelines, manage CRM entries, and generate reports on sales performance metrics
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and compliance, to deliver customized payment solutions
  • Assist in client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of JP Morgan's payments platforms
  • Monitor industry trends in global payments and provide insights to support sales strategies
  • Support RFP responses and competitive analysis for corporate payment services
  • Participate in client meetings and calls to take notes and follow up on action items
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials for payments products

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, financial services, or client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of global payments solutions and banking products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
