Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive quality audits on global payment transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Analyze payment data to identify trends, root causes of errors, and opportunities for process optimization
  • Develop and implement quality control metrics and reporting dashboards for the Global Payments Operations team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and enhance execution standards
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies in payment processing workflows
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, including training programs for operations staff on best practices
  • Perform risk assessments on payment systems and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Generate detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to senior management
  • Support the integration of new technologies and automation tools to improve payment quality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and global payment regulations such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, and AML/KYC requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications
