Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and construction of multiple real estate projects across the Americas South region, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, providing regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and risks
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure facilities for financial operations
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and compliance checks to meet regulatory and safety standards in the financial services industry
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality and sustainability goals
• Mitigate project risks, including those related to supply chain disruptions and regulatory changes in banking environments
• Implement innovative design solutions that support JP Morgan Chase's commitment to environmental responsibility and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new facilities with existing corporate infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in design and construction project management, preferably in commercial real estate
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously within budget and timeline constraints
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies applicable to financial services facilities
• Experience with procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for working in a financial institution
