Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple design and construction projects for JP Morgan Chase's corporate real estate portfolio in the Americas West region, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to deliver projects on time and within financial constraints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to integrate real estate initiatives with broader firm-wide strategies
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to execute high-quality construction while adhering to safety and sustainability standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project delays or cost overruns
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reporting, and performance metrics, providing updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as JP Morgan Chase's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize real estate solutions that support the firm's growth in financial services
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate project management, with a focus on design and construction in corporate environments
  • Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable construction practices relevant to the financial services sector
  • Experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation in a high-stakes corporate setting
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, or Microsoft Project
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and project oversight across the Americas West region
