Key Responsibilities

  • Drive electronic revenues and market share growth for the JPM e-FICC suite across EMEA clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and corporates
  • Collaborate with trading, product, and technology teams to enhance electronic FICC offerings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in electronic fixed income, currencies, and commodities trading
  • Provide market insights and tailored solutions to clients to optimize their e-trading strategies
  • Monitor competitive landscape and recommend innovations to strengthen JP Morgan's e-FICC position
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies in all sales activities
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and performance metrics for the EMEA e-FICC team
  • Support client onboarding and training on JPM e-FICC platforms to maximize adoption
  • Analyze client feedback and trading data to refine product features and sales approaches

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electronic sales within FICC markets
  • Proven track record in driving electronic trading revenues and market share in EMEA
  • Deep understanding of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) products
  • Strong knowledge of electronic trading platforms and e-commerce solutions in capital markets
  • Experience working in a global financial institution, preferably in sales or client-facing roles
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge relevant to EMEA financial markets (e.g., MiFID II)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan's proprietary e-FICC platforms and tools
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another European language
  • Series 7 or equivalent financial licensing (or willingness to obtain)
