As an Analyst in the Global Sales & Marketing team for Southern Europe Corporations FX & Rates Sales, based in our Paris office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting corporate clients across countries like France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. This position involves delivering innovative multi-product solutions in foreign exchange (FX) and interest rates to help clients manage currency exposures, interest rate risks, and optimize their treasury operations in a volatile global market. In this dynamic role, you will engage directly with treasury professionals and senior executives from multinational corporations, providing expert advice on hedging strategies using products such as FX spots, forwards, NDFs, interest rate swaps, and options. You will collaborate closely with JPMorgan's world-class trading desks, structurers, and research analysts to craft bespoke solutions that align with clients' risk profiles and business goals. The role demands a proactive approach to sales, including identifying opportunities for cross-selling within JPMorgan's broader capital markets offerings, while ensuring all activities adhere to stringent regulatory standards like those enforced by the European Central Bank and ESMA. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Southern Europe, focusing on FX and Rates hedging needs
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by pitching tailored multi-product solutions including spot FX, forwards, options, and interest rate swaps
• Collaborate with trading, structuring, and research teams to deliver customized hedging strategies that mitigate currency and interest rate risks
• Drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives, market analysis, and client advisory services
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events in Southern Europe to provide timely insights to clients
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols in all client interactions
• Prepare and present sales pitches, product updates, and performance reports to senior management and clients
• Support the coordination of cross-regional deals, leveraging JPMorgan's global network for optimal solutions
• Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior analysts and participating in departmental initiatives
• Track client portfolios and provide ongoing support for execution of FX and Rates transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in FX, Rates sales, or related financial markets within a banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate products, including derivatives and hedging solutions
• Fluency in English and proficiency in French; additional European languages (e.g., Italian, Spanish) highly advantageous
• Proven track record in client relationship management, particularly with corporate clients in Southern Europe
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the EU financial markets, including MiFID II and EMIR
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment with a focus on revenue generation

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or a quantitative field
• Experience working with multinational corporations in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, or retail in Southern Europe
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal systems and platforms for FX and Rates trading
• Previous exposure to cross-border sales strategies and multi-product offerings in capital markets
• Certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent in financial markets

• Deep knowledge of FX and Rates products, including vanilla and exotic derivatives
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques for hedging instruments
