Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with trading, structuring, and research teams to deliver customized hedging strategies that mitigate currency and interest rate risks
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives, market analysis, and client advisory services
  • Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events in Southern Europe to provide timely insights to clients
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols in all client interactions
  • Prepare and present sales pitches, product updates, and performance reports to senior management and clients
  • Support the coordination of cross-regional deals, leveraging JPMorgan's global network for optimal solutions
  • Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior analysts and participating in departmental initiatives
  • Track client portfolios and provide ongoing support for execution of FX and Rates transactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in FX, Rates sales, or related financial markets within a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate products, including derivatives and hedging solutions
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in French; additional European languages (e.g., Italian, Spanish) highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, particularly with corporate clients in Southern Europe
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the EU financial markets, including MiFID II and EMIR
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment with a focus on revenue generation
