Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate inspection reports for global securities to ensure accuracy and adherence to JPMorgan Chase standards
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in repair processes for financial instruments, mitigating risks to the firm's operations
• Conduct thorough audits of compliance documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, risk, and legal departments, to address issues promptly
• Generate detailed reports on inspection and repair outcomes, providing actionable insights for process improvements
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to security integrity and compliance metrics
• Support training initiatives for team members on best practices in inspection and repair review
• Escalate high-risk issues to senior management and contribute to root cause analysis
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving financial regulations and industry standards
• Ensure all reviewed activities comply with JPMorgan Chase's Code of Conduct and ethical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services compliance, auditing, or quality assurance roles
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards such as those from SEC, FINRA, and OCC relevant to global security operations
• Proficiency in reviewing inspection reports and identifying discrepancies in financial instruments and repair processes
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software used in banking environments
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data in compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
• U.S. work authorization and willingness to work in Tempe, AZ

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of global securities markets and repair workflows in trading operations
