Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol and inspect JPMorgan Chase facilities in New York to prevent unauthorized access and detect security risks
  • Monitor and control access points using badge systems, biometrics, and visitor management protocols to ensure only authorized personnel enter sensitive areas
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement and internal response teams
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to protect physical assets, including data centers and trading floors
  • Enforce company policies on confidentiality and data protection in line with financial industry standards
  • Collaborate with global security teams to implement best practices for threat detection in a financial services context
  • Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations for compliance reporting
  • Provide executive protection and escort services for high-level meetings and events at JPMorgan Chase locations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military roles
  • Valid New York State Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and credit review, as required for financial services positions
  • Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED from a recognized provider

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with eligibility for security clearance
