Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key global suppliers to maximize commercial value and support JP Morgan Chase's franchise outcomes
• Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives
• Monitor supplier performance, mitigate risks, and implement improvement plans in a dynamic financial services environment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Procurement, and Business Units to align supplier strategies with firm-wide goals
• Drive innovation and process enhancements in supplier services to enable seamless operations and regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's ethical standards and risk frameworks
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to recommend sourcing strategies that enhance value delivery
• Support global initiatives by managing cross-border supplier engagements and resolving complex issues
• Contribute to the development of supplier diversity programs in line with JP Morgan Chase's commitment to inclusive growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or relationship management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing global supplier relationships and driving commercial value in a banking or financial environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and procurement best practices in financial institutions
• Experience with contract negotiation, vendor performance evaluation, and cost optimization strategies
• Ability to travel internationally as needed for supplier engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
