Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key global suppliers to maximize commercial value and support JP Morgan Chase's franchise outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation, and risk mitigation in supplier contracts and performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Legal to align supplier strategies with business objectives
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvement plans as necessary
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and JP Morgan's risk management policies
  • Drive initiatives for supplier diversity and inclusion, supporting the firm's commitment to equitable business practices
  • Analyze market trends and supplier landscapes to recommend enhancements to the Global Supplier Services framework
  • Facilitate cross-border supplier engagements, ensuring seamless integration with JP Morgan's global operations
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and value creation metrics to senior leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of procurement best practices within the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in maximizing commercial value through strategic supplier partnerships
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and regulatory compliance in banking
  • Experience working with large-scale financial institutions and managing high-value vendor relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed for supplier engagements
