Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to enhance the risk management framework for JP Morgan Chase's global supplier base
• Develop and deliver executive presentations and reports on supplier spend analysis and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier contracts and reduce operational costs
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive performance improvements through data analytics and process enhancements in supplier operations
• Conduct supplier assessments and audits to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
• Support the development of supplier diversity initiatives aligned with firm-wide goals
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers and recommend actionable insights
• Partner with procurement, finance, and legal teams to streamline supplier onboarding and management
• Contribute to the overall strategy for Global Supplier Services, fostering innovation in supply chain practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management within financial services or supplier management
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects focused on risk mitigation, spend optimization, and performance improvement
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making in a global financial environment
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders
• Experience in supplier relationship management and compliance with regulatory standards in banking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment at a leading global financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Operations Management
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of procurement technologies and tools such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Supply Chain Management (CSCP)
• Experience managing global supplier portfolios in the financial services sector
