  • Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Operations, and Business units to advance strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee the promotion of technology transformation programs, including digital adoption and process optimization in financial services
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and revenue growth through technology
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for technology initiatives, providing insights to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure technology strategies adhere to industry standards and JPMorgan policies
  • Foster a culture of innovation by championing agile methodologies and emerging tech integrations in global operations
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including presentations to the firm's leadership on strategy progress and impacts
  • Drive talent development and succession planning within the global technology organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, or management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading global technology transformation initiatives in a large-scale financial institution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements in banking and financial services
  • Experience partnering with C-suite executives to drive strategic business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
