Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for JP Morgan's global technology transformation programs, aligning with firm-wide objectives
• Collaborate with senior leaders across technology, operations, and business units to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Drive the implementation of key tech projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and measurable ROI
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance collaboration and innovation in technology strategy
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions in the financial services sector
• Monitor and report on program performance, using KPIs to optimize outcomes and mitigate risks
• Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new technologies and processes across JP Morgan's global operations
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity in banking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or technology transformation within financial services
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in large-scale tech initiatives at a global bank or similar institution
• Deep understanding of financial industry regulations, risk management, and digital transformation trends
