Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement on cybersecurity initiatives within JP Morgan Chase's Global Technology division
• Create compelling content, including newsletters, videos, intranet articles, and town halls, focused on emerging technologies and cyber threats relevant to financial services
• Collaborate with cybersecurity leaders and technology teams to align messaging with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Manage global communication campaigns to promote awareness of new security protocols and tools across JP Morgan's international offices
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts using metrics like engagement rates and feedback surveys
• Serve as a key advisor to senior executives on internal messaging strategies for high-impact cybersecurity events
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure consistent and compliant communications
• Support crisis communication planning and execution for cybersecurity incidents in the financial sector
• Foster a culture of security awareness by innovating delivery methods, such as interactive webinars and gamified training modules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal communications, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies for cybersecurity or technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and emerging technologies in the financial industry
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Communications, Business, or Information Technology
