Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
  • 8+ years of relevant legal experience in technology transactions, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment
  • Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements, including software licensing, cloud services, and data privacy contracts
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and SEC rules impacting technology in banking
  • Experience advising on intellectual property rights, cybersecurity, and vendor risk management in a global context
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess legal risks in high-stakes technology deals
