Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine global technology strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives and risk management frameworks
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging technology trends impacting financial services
• Collaborate with senior executives to define technology roadmaps and investment priorities for global operations
• Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and implementing innovative solutions like AI-driven risk assessment and blockchain for payments
• Assess regulatory compliance and geopolitical risks in technology deployments across EMEA and global regions
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations to influence C-suite decision-making
• Drive partnerships with external vendors and fintech startups to enhance JP Morgan's technological capabilities
• Monitor and measure the impact of technology initiatives on operational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to talent development within the Global Technology Strategy team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or financial services technology roles
• Proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies within large-scale financial institutions
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and cloud computing
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data and strategic initiatives
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are advantageous for global roles
