Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution and delivery of strategic Global Technology (GT) transformation initiatives under the COO Transformation team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define program scopes, timelines, and success metrics aligned with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to optimize technology delivery processes
  • Coordinate with global teams to manage dependencies, resource allocation, and change impacts across GT initiatives
  • Develop and maintain program dashboards and reports for senior leadership, highlighting key milestones and outcomes
  • Support the integration of emerging technologies into transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency in financial services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards throughout program lifecycles
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in program execution within the financial technology landscape

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or execution within technology or financial services environments
  • Proven track record in delivering complex technology transformation initiatives in a large-scale organization
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as PMP or SAFe
  • Experience with risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management in regulated industries like banking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
