Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management within technology transformation initiatives
• Proven track record managing large-scale, global programs in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and technology integration in banking environments
• Experience with risk management and compliance in regulated financial sectors
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with senior stakeholders
