Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of supply chain finance programs for clients in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, risk, and operations, to develop and launch tailored supply chain finance solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, and partners to drive program adoption and growth
  • Monitor program performance metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to enhance JP Morgan Chase's supply chain finance offerings
  • Facilitate training and enablement sessions for clients and internal stakeholders on program features and best practices
  • Coordinate with global trade teams to align regional initiatives with JP Morgan's worldwide strategy
  • Prepare and present program reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management
  • Drive innovation in supply chain finance by integrating emerging technologies like blockchain and digital platforms

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain finance, trade finance, or related financial services roles
  • Proven track record in program management within the financial sector, preferably in Asia Pacific markets
  • Strong understanding of global trade finance products and regulatory requirements in supply chain financing
  • Experience working with multinational corporations and financial institutions in cross-border transactions
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or PMP certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) with a focus on international trade
  • Experience in the Asia Pacific region, including knowledge of local regulations in Singapore and surrounding markets
  • Prior exposure to JP Morgan Chase's trade finance platforms or similar banking systems
  • Fluency in Mandarin or other regional languages to support client interactions
