Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle for Google Cloud Platform initiatives at JPMorgan Chase, from ideation to deployment
  • Ensure all cloud platform products adhere to stringent financial regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security standards
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting to deliver high-impact solutions efficiently
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Drive process improvements to enhance delivery speed, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency in cloud environments
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with cloud migrations and platform integrations in a financial services context
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within product delivery teams
  • Provide executive reporting on project status, KPIs, and ROI to senior leadership at JPMorgan Chase
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in cloud product management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, delivery, or program management within technology or financial services
  • Proven track record of leading cloud platform implementations, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III, with experience ensuring compliance in cloud environments
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency improvements in product delivery processes within a large-scale enterprise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution, ideally in risk, compliance, or technology divisions
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud strategies integrating GCP with on-premises systems
  • MBA or advanced degree in business administration with a focus on technology management
