Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and governance for the Planning & Analysis (P&A) organization within Financial Analysis (FA)
• Conduct business analysis to identify and mitigate risks in financial processes
• Develop and implement control frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance governance practices
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and reporting
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the P&A function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, governance, or control within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in banking
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
• Experience in business analysis or process improvement roles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
