Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and launch agentic AI solutions that automate complex banking operations, such as fraud detection, customer onboarding, and risk assessment
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and compliance teams to ensure AI products align with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals and regulatory requirements
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features for AI agents that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs in global banking services
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in financial services
• Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing JP Morgan platforms, ensuring seamless scalability and security
• Drive stakeholder engagement with senior leaders in operations, technology, and risk management to gather requirements and measure success metrics
• Monitor product performance using KPIs like automation rate, error reduction, and ROI, iterating based on user feedback and data insights
• Champion ethical AI practices, mitigating biases and ensuring transparency in agentic systems deployed in sensitive financial environments
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the Product Portfolio & Delivery team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions in a regulated industry
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including agentic AI, large language models, and automation frameworks
• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in banking operations or fintech
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and financial compliance standards like SOX
• Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles from ideation to launch and iteration

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in AI/ML from a top-tier institution
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, or Azure ML
• Background in developing AI solutions for operational efficiency in banking
• Certifications in AI ethics, product management (e.g., PMP, CSPO), or financial technology
