Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management within financial services or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives in a global banking environment
  • Deep understanding of financial industry regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements
  • Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Strong project management expertise, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
