Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute JP Morgan Chase's critical technology transformation initiatives, such as cloud adoption and third-party software portfolio optimization
• Provide day-to-day leadership for high-impact programs aligned with the firm's strategic objectives in Global Technology
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across business lines, technology teams, and senior leadership to drive project success
• Ensure the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects that advance the Global Technology agenda
• Work closely with JP Morgan Chase's most senior leaders to align initiatives with enterprise-wide goals
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to mitigate issues in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Develop and communicate strategic roadmaps for technology investments, emphasizing ROI and innovation
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new technologies across the organization
• Contribute to the GT COO Office's thought leadership on emerging trends in fintech and digital transformation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives in a global banking environment
• Deep understanding of financial industry regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements
• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Strong project management expertise, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
