Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for Global Technology's COO Office, focusing on priorities like cloud adoption and third-party software portfolio management
• Collaborate with senior leaders across JP Morgan Chase to align technology programs with firm-wide strategic objectives in the financial services sector
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-value projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets and regulatory standards
• Analyze technology landscapes to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation in banking operations
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, including risk, compliance, and business units, to drive transformative outcomes
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress and challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or technology transformation roles within financial services or large-scale organizations
• Proven track record of leading high-impact programs, such as cloud migration or software portfolio optimization, in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of financial industry regulations, risk management, and technology trends impacting banking operations
• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams in a global firm like JP Morgan Chase
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
