Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical HCM core solutions across multiple technical domains within an agile team
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure software architectures
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation at JP Morgan Chase
• Ensure all HCM solutions comply with financial industry regulations, including data privacy and security standards
• Optimize system performance and reliability for high-volume HR transactions in a global banking environment
• Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to deliver iterative value
• Integrate HCM systems with broader enterprise platforms, such as core banking and risk management tools
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance HCM functionalities, like automated onboarding and analytics
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for HR operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise-level applications
• Proven experience in leading agile teams and delivering high-impact technical solutions in financial services
• Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and core HR technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with emphasis on scalability in regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation
• Knowledge of compliance standards like GDPR, SOX, and financial data security protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HCM platforms
• Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master)
• Prior work in fintech or banking sector, particularly with payroll and talent management systems
