Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Agency Servicing team for Commercial Real Estate, overseeing the administration of GSE-backed loans from origination through maturity
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance servicing operations, ensuring compliance with GSE guidelines, federal regulations, and JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Manage a team of servicing professionals, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers, underwriters, and risk teams, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain high-quality asset management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or JD) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations, servicing, and administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in administering Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) loans, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily and commercial programs
  • Deep knowledge of commercial real estate finance, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-volume, fast-paced financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of CRE market trends, risk management, and portfolio servicing best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in real estate finance (e.g., CCIM or CRE designation)
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution with a focus on agency lending and servicing
