Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Agency Servicing team for Commercial Real Estate, overseeing the administration of GSE-backed loans from origination through maturity
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance servicing operations, ensuring compliance with GSE guidelines, federal regulations, and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Manage a team of servicing professionals, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers, underwriters, and risk teams, to deliver seamless client experiences
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain high-quality asset management
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology to optimize servicing workflows, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for GSE audits, regulatory filings, and internal governance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GSE partners, clients, and external vendors to support business growth
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or JD) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations, servicing, and administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in administering Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) loans, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily and commercial programs
• Deep knowledge of commercial real estate finance, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-volume, fast-paced financial services environment
• Strong understanding of CRE market trends, risk management, and portfolio servicing best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in real estate finance (e.g., CCIM or CRE designation)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution with a focus on agency lending and servicing
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal systems and processes for CRE operations
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and implementing technology solutions in loan servicing
