  • Collaborate with business leaders to commercialize AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client-facing and operational processes
  • Oversee AI governance, risk management, and compliance with APAC-specific regulations to mitigate biases and ensure ethical deployment
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of AI strategists, data scientists, and commercialization experts across APAC hubs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or PhD) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in AI, data analytics, or technology strategy within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading AI strategy and commercialization initiatives in a multinational organization
  • Deep understanding of APAC regulatory landscapes, including data privacy laws like PDPA in Singapore and GDPR equivalents
  • Experience in driving AI adoption for business value creation, such as risk management, fraud detection, or customer personalization in banking
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is advantageous
