As the Head of AI/ML Solutions Enablement - Executive Director, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of AI/ML initiatives across APAC, reporting to the APAC Chief Data & Analytics Officer. Based in Singapore, this role is central to enabling our lines of business—including Corporate & Investment Bank, Consumer & Community Banking, and Asset & Wealth Management—to harness AI/ML for competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving financial landscape. In this executive leadership position, you will spearhead the enablement of AI/ML capabilities by developing frameworks, tools, and training programs that empower teams to innovate responsibly. You will collaborate closely with global technology partners and regional business heads to integrate AI/ML into critical functions such as algorithmic trading, credit risk assessment, and personalized client experiences. Emphasizing ethical AI practices, you will ensure all solutions adhere to JPMorgan Chase's stringent governance standards and comply with APAC regulations like Singapore's PDPA and Hong Kong's PDPO, mitigating risks while maximizing value. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI/ML strategy for the APAC region within JPMorgan Chase’s Chief Data & Analytics Office, aligning with global objectives and local market needs
• Lead enablement initiatives to empower business units with AI/ML capabilities, including training programs, toolkits, and best practices tailored to financial services
• Foster innovation by identifying emerging AI/ML trends and piloting solutions to drive efficiency in areas like risk management, fraud detection, and customer personalization
• Collaborate with APAC business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders to integrate AI/ML into core banking operations
• Oversee governance and ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and APAC regulatory requirements
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI/ML experts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Measure and report on the impact of AI/ML initiatives through KPIs, contributing to the firm's data-driven decision-making
• Drive partnerships with external vendors and academic institutions to advance AI/ML capabilities in the financial sector
• Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with AI/ML deployments, including model bias and data security in a dynamic APAC environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree (Master's or PhD) strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML strategy, enablement, and implementation within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering AI/ML solutions at scale in a regional or global context
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including machine learning frameworks, generative AI, and data analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services, particularly in APAC markets
• Experience in stakeholder management at executive levels within multinational organizations
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a leadership role within a Chief Data & Analytics Office or similar function at a major financial institution
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML enablement programs, including training, tooling, and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of APAC-specific data privacy regulations such as PDPA in Singapore and GDPR equivalents
• Certification in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer)
• Background in innovation consulting or technology advisory for banking and capital markets

Required Skills

• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Proficiency in data engineering tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of financial domain applications of AI/ML, including predictive modeling and natural language processing
• Experience with generative AI and large language models for business use cases
• Leadership and team management skills in multicultural environments
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving in complex, regulated industries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
