Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial analysis team providing comprehensive support to JP Morgan Asset Management, including all business lines and support functions
• Develop and oversee financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive strategic decision-making and performance optimization
• Collaborate with senior executives to provide insights on financial performance, risk assessment, and profitability metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform asset management strategies and investment decisions
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including risk management and operations, to integrate financial perspectives into business initiatives
• Drive initiatives for cost management and revenue growth within the asset management division
• Present financial recommendations and reports to the firm's leadership and board as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial analysis within the asset management or financial services industry
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a high-stakes financial environment
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for asset management operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in asset management, including SEC and global compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic financial initiatives
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
