Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior executives to provide insights on financial performance, risk assessment, and profitability metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Support regulatory reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform asset management strategies and investment decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial analysis within the asset management or financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a high-stakes financial environment
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for asset management operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in asset management, including SEC and global compliance standards
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic financial initiatives
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
