Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support to the Country Head of Asset Management, including preparation of executive reports, market analysis, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Oversee sales support operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams, client services, and back-office functions to enhance client experience
  • Manage business performance metrics, tracking KPIs related to sales pipelines, client retention, and revenue growth for the Zurich asset management division
  • Lead cross-functional projects to optimize processes, such as implementing new technology solutions for sales enablement and compliance
  • Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, facilitating communication and resolving escalations in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and product teams, to support sales initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape in Swiss asset management, providing insights to inform business strategy
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and regulatory standards in all sales support activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales support, business management, or operations within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management
  • Proven track record of supporting senior leadership in a high-stakes environment, with experience in the Swiss or European financial markets
  • Strong understanding of asset management products, regulatory requirements, and client servicing in a global banking context
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages such as French are advantageous
