Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand strategy within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading social media campaigns that drive brand engagement and visibility in the APAC region
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including APAC-specific guidelines for marketing and advertising
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools and metrics
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is highly advantageous
