Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program management for APAC transformation initiatives within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), ensuring alignment with global JPMorgan Chase strategies
• Oversee governance frameworks for data and analytics projects, including risk assessment, compliance, and quality assurance across APAC markets
• Drive the change management portfolio, developing and executing strategies to embed new data-driven processes and technologies in business operations
• Collaborate with senior executives in APAC to prioritize and roadmap strategic transformation programs that enhance data analytics capabilities
• Manage a team of program managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability in a high-stakes financial services environment
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools, providing insights to CDAO leadership on progress and impediments
• Facilitate cross-regional partnerships, integrating APAC initiatives with global CDAO objectives to support JPMorgan's competitive edge in fintech
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks in data handling and analytics deployment
• Champion agile transformation methodologies to accelerate delivery of analytics solutions for trading, risk management, and client services
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology, compliance, and business line leaders in APAC

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in program management, transformation initiatives, and governance within the financial services industry
• Proven track record leading large-scale data and analytics transformation programs in a multinational banking environment
• Deep understanding of APAC regulatory landscape, including data privacy laws like PDPA in Singapore and GDPR equivalents
• Experience in change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR, applied to enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple countries in APAC
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within JPMorgan Chase or a similar global investment bank
• Advanced knowledge of data governance standards like DAMA-DMBOK and their application in financial analytics
• Prior role in CDAO or equivalent data office, driving AI/ML and big data strategies
• Fluency in Mandarin or other APAC languages to facilitate regional stakeholder engagement
• Executive-level exposure to board reporting and strategic alignment with business units like CIB or Consumer & Community Banking

• Proficiency in data analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx for governance reporting
