Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic financial solutions for healthcare, higher education, and non-profit clients nationwide
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers to identify and address their financial needs
  • Drive business growth by originating new client relationships and expanding existing ones within JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, treasury, and investment banking, to deliver integrated financial products
  • Provide expert advice on risk management, liquidity solutions, and capital optimization tailored to sector-specific challenges
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in healthcare, education, and non-profits to advise clients proactively
  • Mentor and develop junior relationship managers to ensure team excellence and knowledge sharing
  • Prepare and present financial analyses, proposals, and performance reports to senior leadership and clients
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on healthcare, higher education, or non-profit sectors
  • Proven track record in managing executive-level client relationships and driving revenue growth in financial services
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare, education, and non-profit industries
  • Experience in structuring complex financial solutions, including loans, treasury services, and capital markets products
  • Strong understanding of JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking products and services
