Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives at healthcare providers, higher education institutions, and non-profit organizations to deliver tailored financial solutions
• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing deals, including loans, lines of credit, and treasury management services
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence to assess client needs and recommend JPMorgan Chase products that align with their mission and growth objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk, legal, and product specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting healthcare, education, and non-profits to provide proactive advisory services
• Drive business development initiatives to expand JPMorgan Chase's market share in the Washington, DC metro area and nationwide
• Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team goals for client satisfaction and portfolio performance
• Prepare and present customized proposals, pitches, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all federal banking regulations, including those specific to non-profit and public sector financing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services within the healthcare, higher education, or non-profit sectors
• Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios and driving revenue growth in specialized industries
• Deep knowledge of regulatory environments, including healthcare financing (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare), higher education funding, and non-profit tax exemptions
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain executive-level relationships
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale healthcare systems, universities, or national non-profits
• Certification in financial planning (CFP) or commercial banking (e.g., ABA credentials)
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's treasury, lending, and capital markets products
