Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Payments Sales Managers in preparing client proposals and presentations for healthcare clients
  • Support Payments Client Managers by coordinating meetings, scheduling, and follow-up communications
  • Conduct research on prospective healthcare clients to identify payment needs and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of payment solutions
  • Analyze client data to generate reports on payment trends and performance metrics
  • Handle administrative tasks such as contract preparation and compliance documentation
  • Contribute to sales strategy development by providing market insights specific to healthcare
  • Ensure all sales support activities comply with JPMorgan Chase's risk and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, client management, or financial services
