Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for healthcare payment integrations, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's broader client solutions ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to package and deliver tailored payment solutions for healthcare clients
• Lead product launches, including go-to-market planning, testing, and rollout in coordination with sales teams
• Provide sales enablement through training, collateral development, and support for client pitches focused on healthcare financial services
• Analyze market trends in healthcare payments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation
• Ensure all solutions comply with industry regulations and JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards
• Gather and incorporate client feedback to iterate on product offerings and enhance user experience
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery and adoption
• Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate healthcare solutions with JP Morgan's treasury and payment platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments platforms
• Proven track record in defining product strategies and launching solutions in the healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of healthcare payment systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS), and financial services integration
• Experience with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and client-facing roles
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Healthcare Management
