Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards, loans, or investment services to bankers
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to support the grand opening events and community engagement initiatives in Harrisburg
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options and improve satisfaction
  • Support branch operations during peak hours, ensuring a seamless experience in our state-of-the-art new build facility

Required Qualifications
