Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Melrose Park branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to JPMorgan Chase security and compliance protocols
• Identify client opportunities to recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, or investment options
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to uphold our commitment to client care
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options and financial literacy
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities to prevent fraud in line with regulatory requirements
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in the Near West Chicago area
• Support full-time bankers during peak hours to maintain high service levels

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid work authorization in the United States
