Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
