Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
  • Promote JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans to meet client needs
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while balancing daily transactions
  • Collaborate with branch team to support client retention and acquisition efforts
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior staff
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach in the Golden Gate area of San Francisco
  • Ensure the branch environment is clean, organized, and welcoming

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
